Idou

I've fallen in love, again. Yes yes, it's the new Sony Ericsson Idou (atleast that's what they're calling it for now). As some of you may know, I've been looking for a new toy/gadget to have and have been eyeing the Apple Iphone. I've always disliked the concept of touch-screen phones, but what the heck, since it's in-trend these days.

The problem with the Apple Iphone is that it's music quality is rubbish. Compared to the 'Walkman' series of Sony Ericsson phones. And, I am a guy who likes an all-in-one type of phone which has a good camera, good sound system (for listening to my tunes) and brilliant touch display.

This new Sony Ericsson addition has an amazing 3.5 inch touch-screen display, 12.1 megapixels and it's much more good looking (atleast not that common as yet) then the Iphone. The Idou it seems is bringing in a new range of Sony Ericsson phones, branded as the 'Entertainment Series' and phones under this category are mainly ones which have a fusion between the 'Walkman' and 'Cybershot' Sony Ericsson series.

Hmmmm. I've started saving now. Can't wait for it's official launch in June. Then again, Sony Ericsson has always been my brand. Shouldn't be a problem of finding a way to nick this one. And oooh, if any of you guys reading out there who are feeling kinda generous, remember the donation fund I set up personally for the benefit of Dinesh Nandrajog some time ago, well it's up and running again. Please do make all proceeds of charity in cheque to Mr. Dinesh Nandrajog.

Cheers.

"Negaraku"

"Jangan balik"...."I gave my life to You"..."why so serious?"..."strike a match"..."grass is greener on this side?"..."ignite my anger"..."is it?"..."the hard should be simple"..."are you walking away again?"..."don't touch me"..."tandoori chicken is char siew chicken"..."carmen at royal albert hall"..."correct, ar?"...

Those were the lines that thundered the Bullmershe Hall which recently held the Malaysian Night 2009 (an event put together every year by the RUMBSA). Aimi, Soo Tian, Alex, Melvyn, and I were the only actors of the drama. Of course there were dancing as well, but the drama is always the highlight of the show.

Directed by Jiang Mun and Yen Ne, the event was definitely a successful one. With law professors from the university, and students from various backgrounds in the crowd. Amazing atmosphere. All of us were definitely nervous at first, but were able to pull it through at last.

Almost everyday for a month our practises have been going on. It was tough, but it brought us a lot closer. Laughed and laughed and laughed every single minute. Good experience, and definitely amazing time spent with them.

Ahh well, guess we have to wait till next year to see what takes over "Negaraku" (the title of the play). Hmmmmm. Off to do tutes then. Back in a months time btw.

Cheers.
